THE CREW

MANAGER:
Michelle is one of the friendly voices at the other end of the
line at Sandco Properties. Michelle joined Sandco Properties in
2002 and has earned her way up into the management position.
Michelle is known for being fair and up front
with residents, maintenance contractors and various local housing
agencies. Michelle has found that many
excellent tenants have had a few credit blemishes in the past, so
if an application contains some rental or credit problems she will
look beyond the data to the circumstances. Want to know more?

MAINTENANCE:
Sandco Properties' maintenance manager is Debbie. Debbie has been keeping Sandco Property homes and apartments
in great condition since 1999. She is multitalented and takes care
of maintenance work accurately and quickly. Our residents love
the fact that Debbie is proactive in making sure their homes
are well maintained - keeping them comfortable and saving them
time. So if you need a drippy faucet fixed, and Debbie or one of
her crew will notices a loose
towel bar or running toilet, they will simply fix them on the spot,
saving you from needing to make another appointment, and them a
