If you have changed your email, please call or email us with the new account so we can correct it for you. With CheckFreePay residents are now able to pay on their account with CASH! Just ask Sandco Properties, Inc for a CheckFreePay card to Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Ace Cash Express, or any other participating CheckFreePay location, present the card and make your payment. It’s that simple!
Most CheckFreePay money centers located inside Wal-Mart & K-Mart stores now Accept Debit Cards to make your rent payment. (Available at participating locations)
Your CheckFreePay Card will provide you with a unique account number. Come in or Call us to set up your card or replace a lost card. We can even email this for your immediate use!
